I called Seattle Hot Water Co. to replace my water heater. They were almost the lowest price quoted when I called around for bids. I went with them because the guy on the phone didn't mind talking to me about some of the questions I had about the installation and the cost. I also checked the reviews on-line and they were better than the rest.
The guy that came out was very very efficient and friendly. The bill came out $32 less than they quoted on the phone. I was very pleasantly surprised.
